CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
In a wine glass put one lump of sugar,
add a little ice, fill glass up with Cham-
pagne.
Squeeze lemon peel on top, stir to-
gether and serve.

CLOVER CLUB COCKTAIL

Half fill the shaker with broken ice, and
add:
1 small lime, or % lemon, juice only
1 teaspoon raspberry juice, or syrup
1 eggwhite
¥4 Gin
1/6 Italian Vermouth

COOPERSTOWN COCKTAIL

% French Vermouth
42 Gin

2 sprigs of fresh mint

CORNWELL COCKTAIL.
Fill the shaker half-full of broken ice,
and add:
1% Orange Bitters
*3 Gin
Squeeze a little lemon peel over top
when poured out.

H.P.W. COCKTAIL
1 Gin ;
26 Italian Vermouth
1 slice of orange.

HOMESTEAD COCKTAIL
% Italian Vermouth
*2 Gin
1 slice of orange
Shake well and strain.

HOFFMAN HOUSE COCKTAIL
*2 Gin

% French Vermouth

1 dash Orange Bitters

~ Shake well and strain.
When poured out squeeze orange peel
over top.

HORSE’S NECK COCKTAIL

1 lemon; peel the rind as you would
an apple. Put the rind into a
tumbler.

A few lumps of ice

1 teaspoon sugar

1 glass Gin

Fill up with Ginger Ale.

JOHN COLLINS COCKTAIL

Put two or three lumps of ice into a
long glass.
1 teaspoonful sugar
1 lemon, juice
1 glass Gin
Fill balance with soda water. Stir and
serve.

 KLONDYKE COCKTAIL

Fill the shaker half full of ice, and add:
1% French Vermouth
14 Brandy

Add Bitters if required dry.

MARTINI COCKTAIL

¥% French Vermouth

22 Gin

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

Squeeze a little lemon on top; serve
with a cherry. °

MARTINI (SWEET) COCKTAIL
44 Gin
25 Italian Vermouth
A little sugar
Shake well and strain into a cocktail
glass. Serve with a cherry.

ORANGE BLOSSOM COCKTAIL
14 Gin
14 Orange juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
Shake well.

PRINCETOWN COCKTAIL

1 teaspoon Port
1 glass Gin
Shake well, strain, and squeeze a little
lemon peel before serving.
