Filling: 1 pound cheese 1% cup salad dressing Beat in electric beater until thick and fluffy — the consistency of whipped cream. Frost top and sides of bread cubes generously with cheese mixture, top with pre-cooked bacon bits, and put under broiler. Watch closely. These freeze well. Variations: % pound butter 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon milk 1 egg white beaten stiff Melt butter and add cheese, mix well then add milk and egg.
