Bring to a boil and add 1/3 cup of cream and let cook until potatoes are tender enough for mashing. Shred cabbage very fine. Put your fried cabbage and onion in pot and take it off the stove. Top it with black pepper, green pepper diced very fine and dill leaves and some green onion.
