HINDU INVESTIGATES MANUFACTURE
OF BOMBS

---------------B. Khein Singh, an educated Hindu in the service of the Imperial
Government at Simla, recently visited Vancouver and adjacent cities for the
purpose of investigating the alleged manufacture of bombs by East Indians for
use in a revolutionary movement in India. He proceeded from here to Seattle
and thence to San Francisco. He is now in Honolulu.
