A. C. Cameron united in marriage Mrs. B. L, Krause and Mr. P. R. Allen, both of Van- couver. The bride wore a rose reding- ote ensemble complimented with rose and blue accessories. Her corsage was of carnations and maidenhair fern, The couple were attended by Mr, and Mrs. 2 |N. W. Trowsdale, the bride being a cousin of the former. Follow- ing the ceremony a_ reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Trowsdale. Out-of- town guests included Mr, and Mrs. A. C. Davis of Langley; Mr. and Mrs. R. Beever and Mrs. H. Beever of Vancouver. Mr. and Mrs. Allen will reside in Vancouver. DANIEL SHOGREN The death occurred at-his home in Abbotsford on Saturday, June 6, of Daniel Shogren in his 79th year. Born in Sweden, he went to U.S.A. in 1888 and from there came to Canada in 1905. He made his home in Gifford un- til two years ago when he mov- ed to Abbotsford. He is sur- vived by his wife; one son, Harry of Gifford; three grandchildren, Donald, Douglas dnd Joan; also two sisters in Sweden. Funeral services were held from Henderson’s Funeral Home to Hazelwood cemetery Tuesday afternoon with Rev. H. E. Rob- erson ,of the Pentecostal Taber- nacle officiating. ‘Pallbearers were J. A.
