Unbaked Peanut Butter Squares * C. brown sugar 2 C. corn flakes or * C. corn syrup or honey bran flakes — | 1 C. peanut butter 1 Cc. rice crispies — 1 t.. vanilla Melt brown sugar and honey in top of double boiler. Femove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Press into buttered pan. [Ice with: FUDGE ICING 1 C. brown sugar 1 t. butter 1 t. flour *& t. vanilla ¥ Cc. rich milk icing sugar Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat, adding enough icing sugar to make it thick enough to spread. Marmalade Cheese Tarts lb. cream cheese | 1 c. sifted flour * C. butter marmalade or tart jam Cream cheese and butter. Mix in flour gradually. Place dough in fridge and chill. (Otherwise dough will be too sticky to work with.) Roll out on lightly floured board. Cut in 2% inch squares. Place a small spoonful of marmalade or jam in centre of each square. Bring up corners, pressing them firmly together. obake just til lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes at 450 F.
