Stuffing: 1 cup cabbage heart, cut fine 1 onion cut fine % cup of rice cooked in salt water 4 cups ground meat (veal and lamb can be used) pepper and salt. Method: Mix all good together and put heaping spoonful into each leaf and roll up and place side by side in a roast pan and cook in oven for about 40 mins or longer at 450° and pour a 28 oz. can of tomatoes over rolls.
