CARROT PUDDING

Put through meat chopper one cup carrots, one cup potatoes, add one
cup flour, one cup sugar, one cup suet, one cup bread crumbs, one cup
raisins, one cup currants, half a teaspoon cinnamon, half teaspoon nutmeg,
one teaspoon salt. Mix together overnight, in morning add one teaspoon
baking soda dissolved in little hot water, then put in greased can, cover
closely and boil three hours. For large Dug aine use double quantities.
