FIZZ ROYAL Fill mixing glass % full of fine ice 1 egg Y% tablespoonful of sugar — Juice of half lemon 2 ozs. dry Gin Shake, strain into fizz glass, fill with suitable carbonated water and serve while effervescing. FLIP (PORT WINE) Fill large mixing glass 34 full of fine ice 1 egg 2 tablespoonfuls sugar 3 ozs. Port Wine Shake, strain into a cold stem wineglass and serve with grated nutmeg on top. PUNCH SHERRY Fill large tumbler nearly full of shaved ice. 1 tablespoonful of sugar 4 ozs. Sherry 3 dashes lemon juice Stir, decorate, dash with Claret, and serve with straw. SHERRY FLIP Fill large mixing glass half full of fine ice. 1 egg 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar 1 oz. Sherry Shake, strain into stem wine glass and serve nutmeg on top. SHERRY COBBLER In a large tumbler put: 1 tablespoonful sugar 1 slice orange, quartered 3 ozs. Sherry Fill up with shaved ice, shake well, or- nament with fruit, and serve with straw.
