ORANGE COCOANUT CAKE

4 cup margarine 14 cups flour

1 cup white sugar 2 tsp. baking powder
2 well beaten eggs Pinch of salt

% cup milk 14 cups shredded

+ cup orange juice cocoanut

zt cup lemon flavoring (keep half for top)

Crean together butter, sugar and eggs, milk, flour, cocoanut,
baking powder and salt. Sprinkle the remainder of cocoanut
on the top of cake before baking. Bake 1 hour in 350 oven.

UNCOOKED CHOCOLATE CAKE

lb. graham cracker crumbs
cup melted butter
cup sugar

tbsp. cocoa
egg, beaten
cup chopped walnuts

Cook all ingredients but graham crumbs and nuts for one
minute. Pour over crumbs and nuts, mixing well. Press in
greased 8 X 8 pan, let set 2 hours then ice with chocolate
butter icing.

CHOCOLATE CAKE

1 cup white sugar 2 tbsp. unsweetened
2 Cap Tio chocolate

1 tsp. baking soda l egg

Salt Milk

2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate together and let cool. Put egg in
measuring cup and fill with milk to make 1 cup. Mix all
ingredients together, bake in 8 X 8 pan at 375 degrees for
35 to 4O minutes,
