Sugar (white) tsp. baking powder Tbsp. milk Cc. coconut eggs (separated) : c. sugar QGream shortening and sugar. Add three egg yolks and beat until light. Sift .dry-.ingredients together 3 times, then add to first mixture alternately with milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff then gradually beat in $c. sugar. Add cornstarch coconut, salt and 4 tsp. vanilla. If desired, add either red or green coloring to this mixture. Pour cake batter into greased floured pan 6 X 10", then spread the egg white mixture on top. Bake 5 minutes at 350°F, Mix - 1 tin _— ~of sweetened condensed milk with juice of 1 orange (rind if desired) ~@nd 2c. coconut. Spread - on top of first mixture and bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350°R.
