When balls have risen, place
in preheated oven (375 de-
grees F.) (moderately hot)
and bake for 35 minutes.

Remove from oven, using
wide knife or spatula,
loosen the coffee cake
around side and centre of
pan.

Invert coffee cake in pan on
wire rack and leave for 10
minutes. Remove pan, leave
coffee cake inverted; serve
while still warm or if neces-
sary re-heat in covered pan
in slow oven (300 degrees
F.) for 15 minutes.

To serve, break apart with

forks.
