COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD

Dissolve lime jello in 1 c. water and allow to
cool until it begins to thicken. Add:

1 pkg. cottage cheese 2 tbsp. green onion

2 carrots, grated lL .¢@. top milk
2 sticks celery, 5 Cc. mayonnaise
cut fine

Mix 2nd cnrii.

CARROTS IN WINE SAUCE

8 carrots, scraped 1 tbsp. butter
and sliced 1° EOSp., .10ur

Lb -tSp._. salt 4c. consomme

tor 4 c. minced (undiluted)

- onion & 3 clove t c. dry white
garlic (saute until - wine

golden, then take
out garlic)

Steam carrots and salt for 10 minutes in hot
water. Add butter and onion. Stir flour and
consomme and wine until smooth. Add to carrots
with some water removed and reheat till bubbly.
