Sifted icing sugar Fine cocoanut or crushed walnuts Mash potatoes thoroughly; work in 1 c. icing sugar and vanilla - add 2 c. sugar and work until stiff enough to hold. Shape into small balls. Dip in chocolate and roll in cocoanut. FIVE MINUTE FUDGE Mrs. L. Larson 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips milk 1 tsp. vanilla 12/3 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat . Heat to boiling, then cook five minutes, stirring con- Stantly. Remove from heat. Add all other ingredients and stir one to two minutes (or until marshmallows melt).
