{ Headlines/April 6, 1992 | Health Sciences Open House Everyone is invited to come and inspect UCFV’s newest building, the Health Sciences Centre on the Chilliwack Campus, at its official opening on April 10. The centre is the new home of the Nursing, Dental Auxiliary, and Long Term Care Aide programs, and provides offices for employees of those and other programs. The Health Sciences Centre will be officially opened at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 10. An open house will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students and faculty of all Health Science programs will open their classroom doors, welcome visitors, and answer questions. The Health Sciences Centre features a bright interior with lots of natural lighting and a central courtyard. It has a blue roof, and sand-coloured exterior with red shutters. If plans for the Chilliwack campus expansion are approved, additional development will grow around the new centre.
