Keep in fridge in sealed jar. Will cover 5 pies. Use for top crust on fruit pies. Bake with pie. Especially nice on apple, mince or cherry. AMBER PIE Y2 cup sugar 1 cup sweet cream 1 cup blackberry jam 3 egg yolks 1 tablespoon butter 3 egg whites Mix altogether except whites of 2 eggs which you use for meringue. Bake in uncooked shell like a custard pie. COCOANUT CREAM PIE 3 cups milk 3 tablespoons cornstarch 4 egg yolks 4 egg whites for meringue Y2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons coocanut to Y2 teaspoon vanilla sprinkle on meringue Y2 cup cocoanut Mix well and cook in double boiler, then pour in baked shell.
