Shortening or butter — 3 tablespoons (preferably butter) Small bowl for melting shortening Pastry brush Tea towel or piece of cloth same size. Wire cake rack. Measuring spoons. Table knife. Melt shortening and use some of it to grease muffin pans thoroughly. Roll out dough to form rectangle 12 x 10 inches and % inch thick. Loosen dough from board several times during rolling to make sure dough does not shrink. 15
