MATHESON 1 egg 1 tbsp. grated onion 2 cups salmon 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 cup grated cheese 14 tsp. salt 1 cup soft bread crumbs 14 tsp. pepper Beat egg till fluffy. Mix in salmon, cheese, crumbs, onion, butter and seasoning. Add juice from salmon and mix well. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven. SALMON CIRCLE LOAF By MRS. LOUISE KAROWAY 2 cups salmon (cooked or 2 tbsp. butter canned) 1 egg (well beaten) 142 cups cooked tomatoes Season to taste 134 cups bread crumbs Mix lightly with two forks. Bake in oven 450° about 20 minutes. Put buttered peas in centre, and beets around the platter. , SALMON LOAF By MRS. R.
