Marr’s SALAD DreEssInc ReEcrtreE Book 13 FISH SALAD 3 cups flaked cooked fish 1 teaspoon of salt 1 cup diced cucumber 14 cup cooked asparagus 14 cup chopped green onion A little chopped celery 1 finely chopped green pepper Combine the fish with cucumber and onion. Mix with Marr’s Wonder Whip or Marr’s Famous Salad Dressing. Surround a salad bowl with a border of the hE: pepper, add the mixed salad and garnish with the asparagus and parsl Serve with gobs of Marr’s Wonder Whip or Marr’s Old Fashion Boiled Salad Dressing. OPEN SALAD SANDWICH Ripe tomatoes ges, boiled hard Lettuce Cold chopped ieay aked fish or potato salad Marr’s Old Fashion Boiled Salad Dressing Allow two slices of bread, from which crusts have been removed, for each serving. Spread with Marr’s Wonder Whip Salad Dressing. On one piece place sliced tomatoes, two or three slices on top of tomatoes. On the other piece place cup-shaped lettuce containin serving of meat, fish or potato salad. Garnish with Marr’s Old Fashion Boiled Salad Dressing and paprika. GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 1 package lemon jelly 1 cup boiling water 1 cup canned pineapple juice 1 tablespoon vinegar l4 teaspoon salt 1 cup grated carrot 1 cup canned pineapple, diced, drained lettuce Dissolve jelly in boiling water, add pineapple j hai eg and salt. Chill. When slighly thickened add pineapple and carrot. Turn into individual molds, chill until firm. pk on lettuce and garnish with Marr’s Old Fashion Boiled Dressing.
