Larson 21/4 c. sifted flour 11/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa 3 large eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1c. water or strong coffee 1/4 tsp. salt ( 2/3 c¢. Libby's Sauerkraut, 2/3 c. butter (room temp.) (_ _— rinsed, drained and coarsely ( chopped Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Combine with fork. Cream butter with electric mixer at medium speed. Gradually add sugar and eggs, one ata time. Add vanilla. Add liquid and dry ingredients alternately , beginning and ending with flour. Stir in sauerkraut. Bake in 2 greased and floured 8-inch round or square pans at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes. Fill and frost with Mocha whipped cream or Chocolate Fudge Frosting.
