CLOUD NINE CAKE

2/3 cup margarine 14 cups granulated sugar
2 cups sifted cake flour 2 to 1 cup milk

3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. salt 2 eggs

Cream margarine. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
together. Add milk and vanilla. Beat by hand or for two
minutes in mixmaster, Add unbeaten eggs. Beat again for one
minute. Turn batter into pan, or cup cake containers. Bake
at 350 degrees. 50 minutes for cake pan or 20 minutes for
cup cakes,

CRUMB CAKE

2 cups flour 1 cup sugar
2 cup butter

Rub together to crumbly mixture and take out 1 cupful for
to pping 6

1 cup sour milk 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda l egg
1 tsp. cloves 1 cup raisins

Beat well and pour into 8 X 11 cake pan. Sprinkle remaining
crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes,
