TUNA, CHEESE CASSEROLE

1 can tuna (7oz. 1 ¢. mushroom soup
size) 1c. grated cheese
1c. macaroni ; tsp. salt & pepper

Drain tuna; cook macaroni; mix soup and seasone-=

ings. Pour in casserole and sprinkle some cheese

on top.Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.

SALMON SHRIMP CASSEROLE

or margarine cheese, grated

1 can condensed red salmon, drained,
frozen cream of boned and broken
shrimp soup, _ into large pieces
thawed + Of a 1008." pke.

In a saucepan melt butter or margarine; stir in
flour. Add soup and milk all at once. Cook and
stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove
from heat; add cheese, stirring until melted.
Gently stir in salmon and peas. Turn into 1 at.
baking dish. Prepare biscuit mix according to
pkg. directions for drop biscuits. Spoon 8
biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake for 15

minutes until golden brown in a 425 degree oven.
