MOCK CRANBERRY BEET JELLY

6c. beets, cooked 4or5c. sugar
11/2c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt

Put beets through grinder or grate fine. Boil all together
for 20 minutes, add 1 package Certo. Boil 2 minutes more. Put

in jars and seal.
