ih 7-UP JELLO SALAD 2 pkg. lemon jello 3 or 4 sliced bananas 2 cups boiling water 2 cups miniature 2 cups 7-Up or Ginger Ale marshmal lows 1 can pineapple tidbits (reserve liquid ) Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add 7-Up or Ginger Ale. Chill, Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Let set, Topping 1 egg yolk 4 cup sugar and juice 1 tbsp. flour from pineapple 1 tbsp. butter 1 cup whipped cream or 1 pkg. prepared dream whip Combine egg yolk, flour, butter, sugar and juice and let come to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool, then combine whipped cream or dream whip. Spread over jello and refrigerate, COMPANY SALAD 1 pkg. lemon jello 2 or 3 apples diced 1 cup hot water 1 cup finely cut celery Pineapple juice ltsp. vinegar Salt, a few grains Pineapple Dissolve jello in hot water. Put juice of 1 can of sliced pineapple in cup and fill up to 1 cup with water. Pour in lemon jello. Add few grains of salt and vinegar, Place in refrigerator until partly set. Add pineapple, which has been finely sliced, apples and celery. Mix in with jello and set. Shredded carrot may be used instead of celery. Mrs. Laura Shetler
