38 Marr’s SALAD DRESSING RECIPE Book COUNTRY CLUB SALAD 2 cups cold diced veal 2 cups cooked peas 1 cup diced celery 1 cup diced cucumber 6 sweet pickles, chopped Lettuce Marr’s Salad Dressing Dice the meat in fairly small cubes. Add the peas which have been well drained, chopped celery, cucumbers and sweet pickles, chopped fine, season with salt an a little mustard. Add sufficient Marr’s Old Fashion Boiled Salad Dressing or Wonder Whip Salad Dressing to moisten and serve on a bed of shredded lettuce. Garnish with wedges of fresh rip tomatoes. FILLING FOR SANDWICHES ] small package cream cheese 1 tablespoon Marr’s Old Fashion Salad Dressing 1 tablespoon cream or top milk 3 teaspoons orange juice 4 tablespoons chopped raisins Salt ay. § pepper to taste (pinch) Wash and chop the raisins, soak one-half hour in orange juice, cream cheese and dressing together thoroughly, add raisins, salt and pepper. SPRING MIXED SALAD 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1 cup chopped cucumber V6 cup radishes, chopped, or cut in — pieces 4 cup chopped apple 2 tablespoons chopped onion 14 cup chopped sweet pickles Mix all the angreciants together and add % cup Marr’s Salad Dressing, arrange on lettuce leases and top with Marr’s Wonder Whip Salad Dressing thinned out with a little cream.
