SALMON POTATO LOAF Julie Roberts 1-7 3/4 oz. can salmon andthe 2 Tbsp. melted margarine juice 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1c. packed grated cooked 2-3 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs potato 3/4 tsp. salt 1c. grated raw carrots dash of pepper 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion 2 eggs well beaten Combine all ingredients; place in a loaf pan and cook for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. MEATZA PIE Julie Roberts 1 lb. ground beef 10 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 small can Carnation milk 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese salt to taste 1/2 c. tomato paste (small can) Combine ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, garlic and salt with a fork. Then spread the mixture in a 9 inch pie plate. Top the meat mixture with tomato paste. Then scatter on the mushrooms, cheese and oregano. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. TOAD-IN- THE-HOLE Jenny Humphrey sausages (8-12) 1 egg 1/2 c. flour 8 oz. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Fry sausages. Set oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x9 or 9x13 pan or dish and put in1 Tbsp. fat. Putinoven. Mix together in blender, egg, milk, salt and flour. Take out pan, put in hot sausages and pour batter over them. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
