MAKE THIS TEST
Take a piece of meat of any kind, preferably of the cheaper
variety. Cut in half. Prepare one-half with Meataid according
to directions. Cook both pieces in separate utensils under
similar conditions. Note how much more tender the piece pre-
pared with Meataid will be, note the lesser shrinkage, the
shorter cooking time and better flavour.
