Marr’s SALAD DrREssING REciPE Book 27 COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 1 12-ounce carton cottage cheese \4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons Marr’s Wonder Whip Salad Dressing 1 medium size cucumber, diced 3 tomatoes, cut in quarters 4 green onions or | tablespoon grated onion 1 small head of celery, chopped 2 hard boiled eggs Lettuce Paprika Combine cheese, salt and salad dressing. Mix thoroughly. Add cucumber, tomatoes, onions and celery. Mix lightly and turn into a lettuce lined bowl. Garnish with slices of hard boiled egg and sprinkle with paprika. RAW VEGETABLE SALAD 1 cup finely chopped green pepper 1 cup finely chopped raw carrots 1 cup finely chopped cabbage l4 pound grated cheese Marr’s Wonder Whip Salad Dressing Mix each chopped vegetable separately with enough Marr’s Salad Dressing to bind. On a leaf of lettuce place a mound of carrots. Place a mound of cabbage on top of carrots and top with a mound of green pepper sprinkled with grated cheese.
