SPAGHETTI, WEINER CASSEROLE 1 Package spaghetti 1 Cup cheese (grated) 2 Quarts boiling water 8 Wieners 1 Tsp. salt ¥, Cup dry bread crumbs 1 Can milk (undiluted) 4 Tbsp. butter Cook spaghetti in boiling water to which the tsp. of salt has been added. Drain well. Heat milk in top of double boiler. Add grated cheese and stir till cheese is melted. Cut wieners in bite size pieces. Add wieners and spaghetti to milk, cheese mixture. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake Y, hour at 300°. Serves 6. M. Serack FRIED CHEESE PATTIES 4 Cups dry cottage cheese Y. Tsp. baking powder 6 Eggs 1%, Cup flour 1 Tsp. salt Mix cheese, unbeaten eggs and salt. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well and place by tablespoon full on well floured board.
