CHICKEN LOAF WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 2 cup cooked chicken 1 egg, beaten 1 cup peas 1 tsp salt % cup carrots 1/8 tsp pepper 1 cup soft bread crumbs 2 tsp onion juice % cup milk 2 tsp chopped parsley Put cold chicken through chopper, mix with rest of ingredients very thoroughly then pack lightly into greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven 450° for 40 mins. Unmold, slice and serve with mushroom saucé or mushroom soup. Mrs. G. Hardy TUNA CELERY BAKE 1-6 oz. pkg egg noodles 1-10% oz. can condensed celery soup % cup milk 1-6% or 7 oz. can flaked tuna 1/4 cup buttered crumbs Ye cup grated cheese Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Combine soup and milk. Alternate layers of noodles and tuna in greased 1% qte casserole. Pour soup mixture over tuna and noodles. Top with buttered crumbs and grated cheese.
