Blend in 4 tbsp. flour, Add gradually and cook until thick: | : 1 cup milk 4 egg whites—beat until they 1 cup grated cheese stand in peaks 1 tsp. salt 4 egg yolks—beat until thick lg tsp. pepper and lemon colored To egg yolks add cheese mixture and carefully fold into beaten egg whites. Turn into 8-inch casserole. Set in dish of steaming (not boiling) water and cook in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 45 minutes. Serves six. CHICKEN ON A BUN By MRS. A.
