«itt SALADS GRAPEFRUIT=-GINGER SALAD 4 cup dairy sour cream Salad greens 1 tbsp. honey 1 to 2 tbsp. chopped 2 grapefruit crystallized ginger Blend together sour cream and honey. Peel grapefruit and cut each into 6 horizontal slices. For each salad arrange 2 slices grapefruit on salad greens, top with generous spoonful of sour cream mixture and garnish with chopped ginger. Makes 6 servings. PARADISE SALAD 1 tin mandarin orange slices Diced a~ple 1 cup fine cocoanut 2or 3 bananas etiped 1 tin pineapple chunks 2 cups small colored 1 tin fruit cocktail marshmallows % pint sour cream Drain fruit and add liquid last. Mix all the above ingredients and let stand at least 2 hours or over night. JELLY SALAD 1 lemon or lime jello % cup small marshmal lows 1 can crushed pineapple (drained ) 2 sliced bananas Allow to set 1 cup pineapple juice 2 tbsp. flour cup sugar 2 slightly beaten eggs Cook in double boiler until thick.
