PUNJAB GOVERNMENT ISSUES A
WARNING
------------------Tells Intending Hindu Immigrants to B.C. that They
May be Excluded.

------------------London, Dec. 4.--Much satisfaction is expressed today over the action of
the Punjab Government in issuing a communique warning intending
emigrants to British Columbia that they run considerable risk of falling to
secure admission owing to the anticipated congestion of the labor market. The
responsible Indian press realizes that it is impossible for British ministers to
dictate to ministers responsible to the Dominions.
