22 Marr’s SALAD DRESSING RECIPE Boox CHRISTMAS ASPIC JELLY 1 tin tomato soup 1 cup a chopped 1 tin green peas, well drained 1 package lemon jelly powder 1 cup boiling water Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water, then mix in tomato soup, celery and green peas. Fill eight or 10 small custard cups, chill until firm. When ready to serve turn out on lettuce leaf. Decorate around the red and green salad with salad dressing. CUCUMBER AND GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 1 package lemon jelly powder 1 cup boiling water Pinch of salt V4 cup grapefruit juice 14 cup cold water 4 cup diced cucumber 14 cups grapefruit pulp Dissolve the jelly powder in the boiling water. Add the salt, fruit juice and cold water. Chill until the mixture thickens, then add the cucumber and grapefruit. MEAL-IN-ONE SALAD 2 cups cooked meat or flaked fish 1 cup cooked peas 1 cup cooked beans 1 small head lettuce, shredded 1 small onion, minced 4 tablespoons chopped dill pickle Marr’s Wonder Whip Salad Dressing Dice the meat in small pieces or if using fish, flake coarsely. Add peas, beans, onion, shredded lettuce and chopped pickle. Season with salt and pepper, add sufficient Wonder Whip Salad Dressing to moisten.
