Arrange fruit in this syrup, laying peaches cut side down, and placing cherry in centre of each half. Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Pour batter over fruit. Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand in pan about 2 minutes, then invert on serving plate. Serve with whipped cream. Mix muffins according to directions on the package. Place 1 teaspoon ROGERS’ GOLDEN SYRUP in each greased muffin pan, also a few raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Fill pans two-thirds full with batter. Place in a hot oven, 400 deg. F. and bake until done, about 20 minutes. Serve hot. Prepare pudding as directed, and cool. Drain pineapple; cut slices in half. Blend butter and ROGERS’ GOLDEN SYRUP together in small skillet; add pineapple juice gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to full boil. Add pineapple and coconut and simmer gently for 3 or 4 minutes. Serve warm over cool puddings. Makes 4 servings.
