SALMON CASSEROLE 1 can condensed 1-7z0z. can flaked cream of celery salmon soup 1l=-100z. pkg. frozen 2 c. salad dressing peas (cooked) OC .S @QneK 1-4 oz. pkg. noodles % C. grated cheese (cooked, drained) 1 tbsp. chopped onion Combine soup, salad dressing, milk and cheese. Blend well. Stir in salmon, peas and onion and noodles. Pour into 13 qt. casserole. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. D. Paul BEEF CASSEROLE 14 lb. ground beef 2 tins tomato soup l large onion Grated cheddar l green pepper cheese 1 tin mushrooms Garlic salt 12 02. elbow macaroni Fat for browning Cook and blanch macaroni. Brown beef, onion (chopped), mushrooms and green pepper( chopped) in fat. Add soup and macaroni. Mix altogether and put in casserole. Heat to boiling point.
