Marr’s SALAD Dressinc REcIPE Book 25 VEGETABLE SALAD 1 Chinese lettuce, sliced fine 1 tomato, diced l green pepper, sliced fine 1 small onion, sliced fine 1 cup diced beets 1 cup diced celery V4 teaspoon salt ¥ cup Marr’s Salad Dressing Mix vegetables together with Salad Dressing. Then take 5 cups cooked, diced potatoes, 1 small onion, mix lightly with 4% cup Marr’s Salad Dressing. Arrange potatoes on salad plates and fill centre with the green vegetable salad. CHEESE AND VEGETABLE SALAD 1 pound cottage cheese V pound lean cooked ham, put through food chopper 2 tablespoons Marr’s Boiled Salad Dressing Combine ingredients thoroughly and_pack closely in a loaf pan which has been lined with wax paper. Chill thoroughly and cut in slices and serve with the following on shredded lettuce garnished with strips of red or green pepper. 7 14 head lettuce, shredded 3 stalks celery, diced 1 small carrot, grated 4 radishes, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon grated onion 3 tablespoons Marr’s Boiled Salad Dressing Mix all together with Salad Dressing. LEFT-OVERS SALAD Cold mashed potatoes Cold finely diced carrots Green onions Finely diced celery Dash of seasoning 1 hard boiled egg, chopped Cold peas if any left over Mix all these ingredients together and salt if required.
