BEACHBURG PUDDING 1 Tbsp. butter 1 Tsp. baking powder Y% Cup sugar % Tsp. salt i pe ts syrup : rc milk up flour up raisins 1 Tsp. soda V, Tsp. vanilla Cream butter, add sugar, corn syrup and mix. Sift and measure the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add this alternately with milk. Add the raisins and vanilla, pour the batter into a greased baking dish. SAUCE: 1/3 Cup brown sugar 1¥, Cup boiling water 1/3 Cup corn syrup 3, Tbsp. butter Combine the above four ingredients and pour over the top of the batter. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Add gelatine and milk, stir until hot. Beat egg yolks with sugar and salt. Add to hot milk, beat in, cook till it COATS the spoon.
