Add water, cover, Simmer 1] hour. Combine cornstarch, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, soya sauce, mix, cook till slightly thick, stir constantly. Pour sauce over hot pork, let stand at least 10 mins. Add: green pepper, onion, pineapple chunks, — cook 2 or 4 mins. Mrs. Shirley Turton ROLLED ROUND STEAK Ingredients: 1 large round steak, cut in %" slices garlic powder, mustard, onion, sweet-sour pickles bacon, flour to sprinkle, butter or margarine to brown. Method: Pound steak slices, both sides, sprinkle with garlic, then spread with mustard. Place thin strips of bacon and pickles on top with sliced onion rings in between. Then roll up Slice and secure with round toothpicks. Brown in frying pan from all sides and place in roasting pan with very little water in bottom of pan.
