Dr. Michael Leeds, was held at the . Chilliwack campus last month. This conference was a very successful event for the people who were able to attend. ~ Many of the participants were apprehensive about giving up their time for the conference, and yet, towards the end most of the participants didn’t want it to stop, as many were feeling that they ’ were just beginning to explore their feelings of anger and hostility on a deeper level. People were shown, through a role play, how an unhealthy lifestyle develops. - With excellent teaching skills combined with humor and personal stories, Leeds was able to present a very thorough overview of how an unhealthy lifestyle begins and the impacts it has on. our stress level. . . This conference focused on providing the knowledge and skills necessary for participants to begin the process of self-discovery and a movement towards higher levels of stress management, personal wellness, and academic success. Banner goes live UCFV’s new information system, Banner, went “live” for Finance and ‘Purchasing on April 1, reports Dean of Science and Technology Wayne Welsh. “We’ll be finishing the year-end on the old system for about six weeks, but anything new goes on Banner.
